Michel Coens is a Prosource Partner and Director of Training & Coaching. He is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Prince2 Practitioner. He is chairman of a Project Office Managers Expert Group and was a much appreciated speaker at the annual PMI Benelux congress on the subject of “How to survive project accountability without authority”. As a trainer he favours the “learning by doing” approach. Participants appreciate his expertise and dynamic, interactive style.
Patrick STEYAERT

Description :
Patrick Steyaert is a Prosource Partner and Director of Assessments & Improvements. He is responsible for appraising the maturity of software processes of software organisations and for providing coaching on software process improvement programmes. He holds a PhD degree in Computer Science. He is certified instructor for SEI’s Implementing Goal-driven Measurement workshop. He is an SEI trained CMMI specialist with more than 10 years’ experience in software management of product as well as project development. He is a regular speaker at international conferences on software process improvement, project management and agile development.
Nico MARIEN

Description :
Nico Marien is founder and Managing Partner of Prosource. He is an SEI Authorised CMMI Instructor, a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Prince2 Practitioner. His background is in the area of large software development projects and he has more than 15 years’ combined experience in consulting, audit and project management plus extensive experience as a trainer. All this experience provides a strong foundation for his successful management of software process assessment and improvement projects.
Marc DE KROCK

Marc De Krock joined Prosource’s core team in 2006 as a Senior Project & Process Coach. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Science, electronics-ICT. Marc combines his activities as a trainer with managing project management improvement initiatives. He has more than 20 years’ experience in development and project management of software products as well as process improvement initiatives within service organisations.
Mireille DOBBELAERE

Description :
Mireille Dobbelaere joined Prosource in 2006 as a Project and Process Coach, with a special interest in the domain of software testing. She holds the ISEB Foundation in Software Testing Certificate and has 10 years’ hands-on experience in software testing, both in product and project oriented development environments, exercising all types of testing roles. In her new post at Prosource, she is determined to bring this vast experience into practice as a test process improvement coach.
Wouter BIGARE

Description :
Wouter Bigaré is Director Customer Projects and Senior Project and Process Coach at Prosource. He is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a passion for project management.
With more than 10 years project management experience and continuous participation in knowledge sharing sessions, Wouter acquired a backpack full of best practices in project management methodologies. He shares his knowledge with customers in different roles such as: Project Manager, PMO manager, Trainer and/or Coach. He combines strong theoretical knowledge with hands-on project management experience, which is the ideal combination for project management successes.
He has an active role as Director Professional Development in the PMI Belgium Chapter.
